Geallann ár scoil na Céimeanna Take 5 chur chun cinn folláine laistigh dár dtimpeallacht scoile. Tá ár dtiomantas do Glac 5 Chéim le feiceáil do gach ball foirne daltaí agus spreagfar rannpháirtíocht trí thimpeallacht thacúil sa scoil. Oibreoimid le chéile chun leas a bhaint as na buntáistí a chuireann an clár Clac 5 Chéim ar fáil.
Tá cúig chéim shimplí ann chun cuidiú leat d’fholláine a choinneáil agus a fheabhsú. Déan iarracht na céimeanna sin a chur san áireamh i do ghnáthshaol – is iad na ‘cúig rud a bhíonn le déanamh gach lá’ ar mhaithe le d’fholláine.
